🌍 Definition: The Physical and psychological workplace environment for success.
When people think about a work Environment, immediately minds go to physical spaces: bean bags, standing desks, maybe a bar, and.. dare I say it.. free fruit. But for a well rounded EVP, environment goes way beyond the office design and feng shui.

🌍 Who does this well? LEGO: A playful space to reflect the brand’s playful image, with colourful spaces, creative zones, interactive lego installations, the LEGO campus in Billund, Denmark, and their various global campuses are designed to encourage imaginative thinking and innovation.
