Cheer At Work Nominated for Newcomer at the IHR Supplier Awards 2026
Statement from our founder, Joe Morrison:
“I’m genuinely delighted to share that Cheer At Work has been nominated for the Newcomer award at the annual supplier awards hosted by IHR – In-house Recruitment.
Building Cheer At Work has not been glamorous.
It’s been early mornings, late evenings, plenty of second-guessing, and a steady commitment to one goal: positively impacting 100,000 people at work by improving employee engagement, happiness, and results.
Progress has been gradual, but moments like this make the effort feel worthwhile.

A Full-Circle Moment
I’ve had the pleasure of being connected with the IHR community both:
-
In my Talent Acquisition roles
-
Now through my EVP and employee engagement consultancy
To receive recognition from a community I’ve respected and been part of for years is genuinely meaningful.
Looking Ahead to April
The awards take place in April, and regardless of the outcome, it promises to be a fantastic event celebrating innovation and impact within in-house recruitment.
This nomination feels like a good sign we’re heading in the right direction.
And just to clarify… this isn’t one of those awards where you slip someone a fiver for a nomination 😅”
