Joe was fundamental in helping me get a previous job, through coaching me through both my CV and cover letter. In addition, he also spent the time walking me through how to best prepare for an interview, I still use these best practises to this day, not only for interviewing for roles, but also internally when considering candidates and for training purposes.

Joe has worked in Talent for 13 years working in both agency and in-house recruitment, and more recently Head of People/Talent.

His personal mission is to help people find their happiness at work, and his goal is to positively impact 100,000 people.

About Joe.

Joe is a leading voice on Employee Engagement, and is
writing a book on EVP (employee value proposition).

He has appeared on podcasts, in articles, and has recorded a number of employer branding materials in both a personal and professional capacity, speaking with leading names in happiness, culture, and engagement along the way.

He believes EVP is the best, non-anonymous approach, to help employees understand what’s important to them, and how well their company deliver on what they offer. At the same time revealing what levers a company can and should use to retain talent.

He has been part of a number of award winning teams both for talent (employee of the year, talent team award) and sales (PPA Sales Team of the year x 2), with over 100 recommendations on Linkedin.
