📈 Definition: Growth and development opportunity within an organisation.
Prospects is the representation of the potential for growth, progression, and self-improvement that employees can experience while working within a company. It’s the promise of a career rather than ‘just a job’, offering employees a path forward in their professional journey.
📈 Example Topics:
– Opportunity to become an expert
– Performance Reviews / Feedback Cycles
– Job Security – “I have a purpose”
– Internal Training / LMS
📈 Who does this well? ACCENTURE: Accenture prioritises continuous learning with its “Accenture Connected Learning” platform, which offers over 24,000 courses. Employees are also encouraged to pursue certifications, and the company provides financial support for training in emerging technologies like AI, cloud, and blockchain.
