This time it’s The 7 Pillars of Employee Value Proposition
Depending on who you speak to, the number of pillars varies. I believe 7 captures all the areas of business that motivate, engage, attract, and retain talent. They are:
Brand
Culture
Environment
Monetary
Prospects
Relationships
Wellbeing
Many companies focus on one or two areas (i.e. pay really well, or have a great brand like Google). Great companies ensure they have a suite of offerings across these pillars, understanding that people are motivated by several things – not just money!
