EVP Spotlight: Wellbeing
EVP: Wellbeing – Supporting the Whole Person
In my Cheer! Survey, and in the last 6 newsletters, I’ve deep-dived into the seven pillars that shape a strong Employee Value Proposition (EVP):
Brand & Purpose, Culture, Environment, Monetary, Prospects, Relationships, and Wellbeing.
This time, the newsletter focus is on the final of these pillars Wellbeing, recognising that when employees bring their whole selves to work, they need support to stay healthy, balanced, and motivated.
Wellbeing goes beyond token perks. It covers physical health, mental resilience, work-life balance, and the sense that an employer genuinely cares. When wellbeing is prioritised, people are more engaged, more productive, and more likely to stay loyal.
I’ve explored why Wellbeing is now a non-negotiable pillar of EVP, and how businesses can approach it in meaningful ways.
