This time, the spotlight is on Environment – not just the bean bags, office design, or free fruit, but the wider physical and psychological setting that helps people do their best work. From the right tools and tech support, to green initiatives, to flexible spaces that balance in-office and remote working, environment plays a huge role in engagement and performance.
